Refund Policy

The free check is always free. For paid plans:

• Fix Kit ($19, one-time): If it doesn't help, email us within 7 days of buying and we'll refund you in full.
• Monitor ($12/month): Cancel anytime, and you won't be charged again. We don't refund months that have already started.
• Done-for-You ($149, one-time): You get a full refund if you cancel before we start writing your fixes. After we've delivered them, we'll fix anything we got wrong, but we don't give refunds.

Refunds go back to your original payment method, usually within 5 to 10 business days. Payments made by AI agents in USDC ($1 per check) can't be refunded.
