Privacy Policy

Pass the Agent (passtheagent.com) checks whether online stores are ready for AI shopping agents. We keep as little information as we can.

What we collect

• The store address you enter. We check that store's public pages and save the report for 24 hours so repeat checks load fast. After that, it's deleted.
• A scrambled (hashed) version of your IP address. We use it only to limit free checks to 3 a day. We don't store your actual IP address with it.
• Your email when you buy or send a request. If you buy something or use our request form, we keep your email address, the store you asked about, and your order details permanently, so we can deliver what you bought, answer questions, and handle refunds. Ask us any time to delete them, unless we must keep them for tax or legal reasons.
• Payments. Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card details. Stripe handles them under its own privacy policy.
• Emails you send us. If you write to hello@passtheagent.com, we keep your message so we can reply.

What we don't do

• We don't ask you to sign up or log in to your store.
• We don't sell or share your information for advertising.
• We don't use tracking or advertising cookies.

Services we use

Our site runs on Cloudflare, which may keep basic technical logs to keep the site secure and working. Payments are handled by Stripe.
